The Make package contains a program for compiling large packages.

Required disk space:     8.8 MB

Make installation depends on: Bash, Binutils, Coreutils, Diffutils, GCC, Gettext, Glibc, Grep, Sed.

Installation of Make

Prepare Make for compilation:

./configure --prefix=/usr

Compile the package:

make

To test the results, issue: make check.

Now install the package:

make install
