User Notes: http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/wiki/libgdata
Install libgdata by running the following commands:
mkdir build && cd build && meson --prefix=/usr -Dgtk_doc=false -Dalways_build_tests=false .. && ninja
If you wish to run the test suite, make sure uhttpmock-0.5.3 is installed and remove
-Dalways_build_tests=false
in the meson command
line. To test the results, issue: ninja test. Note that the tests
need network access.
Now, as the root
user:
ninja install
-Dgtk_doc=false
: Remove
this if you have GTK-Doc-1.33.2 installed and want to
rebuild the documentation with it.
-Doauth1=enabled
: Use this option if
you wish to build in support for OAuth v1. Note that you must have
liboauth-1.0.3 installed in order to enable
this option.
