Installation of libgpg-error
Install libgpg-error by running
the following commands:
./configure --prefix=/usr --disable-static &&
make
To test the results, issue: make
check.
Now, as the root
user:
make install &&
install -v -m644 -D README /usr/share/doc/libgpg-error-1.20/README

--disable-static
: This
switch prevents installation of static versions of the libraries.
