The icon-naming-utils package contains a Perl script used for maintaining backwards compatibility with current desktop icon themes, while migrating to the names specified in the Icon Naming Specification.
This package is known to build and work properly using an LFS-7.5 platform.

Install icon-naming-utils by running the following commands:
./configure --prefix=/usr && make
This package does not come with a test suite.
Now, as the root
user:
make install
--libexecdir=/usr/lib/icon-naming-utils
: This
option installs icon-name-mapping into
/usr/lib/icon-naming-utils
instead of
/usr/libexec
in accordance with the
old version of the FHS used before LFS-7.5
