Introduction to yyjson

The yyjson package contains a high performance JSON library written in C.

Installation of yyjson

Install yyjson by running the following commands: 

mkdir build &&
cd    build &&

cmake -D CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr \
      -D CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release  \
      -D BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON      \
      -D YYJSON_BUILD_TESTS=ON     \
      -G Ninja .. &&
ninja

To run the test suite, issue ninja test.

Now, as the root user: 

ninja install

Command Explanations

-D YYJSON_BUILD_TESTS=ON: This parameter enables building the test suite. You may remove it if you don't want to run it.
