You can check the timestamp of a file you suspect is not synced with the
main site (e.g. index.html) by issuing:

curl -I http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/index.html

And then comparing the "Last-Modified" field with that on your mirror.

Normally, running the rsync.sh script provided for mirroring ensures
your mirror is up-to-date.
