If I'm not reading
<URL:http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/organization.html> wrong, this
patch should be applied, which moved a quotation mark. I assume the
current doesn't make much sense.
I'm not sure about whether to place another full stop before it though,
don't really know about English punctuation rules.
