feed.rss does not validate

Due to a inherent limitation of the lfs2rss.pl script, news items should not 
have newlines inside the {p}{/p} tags (at least not in the first paragraph). 
I've fixed the lfs 6.0 news item and added a BUGS section explaining this 
limitation.
