Nah, just something that blends with the rest of the site. I like the 
sliding allthough it seems slow here when there's a lot of background 
text. I also don't like the fixed width of the dropdown, but that's not 
a big issue.

youngpup has them defined as simple <ul> lists with javascript. Glad to 
know it works okay; I've mostly tested in Links and Lynx.

It seems it rearranges them when reloading the page, and they're not 
rendered consistently inline or list-based.
