Can someone confirm that their version of link (2.1pre32) renders things that 
look like what are posted on the screenshots:

None of the pages look like the screen shots when I run it...

It is almost like it does not load the css ??

Install the patch and recompile.

Provides allows links to act as a drop target 
for dran 'n' drop. For fun, load up the attached test.rtf in your 
favourite DnD capable wordprocessor (such as OpenOffice 1 or 2), select 
the text and drag it over to links.

To be done: Better integration. DnD doesn't work when a dialog box is 
present. This is because I can't quite figure out how to make it work in 
links. The DnD engine generate B_DND_DROP and B_DND_REQUEST which the 
event handler needs to respond to. I can't figure out how to get dialogs 
to respond to these events.

Install the patch and do:

bash extra_fonts.sh

Then recompile.

This patch adds italics and a fair number of accented characters are 
included. latin.map describes how to merge accents with letters to make 
accented glyphs. The font is rendered using ghostscript and a postscript 
font. NetPBM is used to process the rendered bitmaps.




Both patches work together without interference.

Links does not support CSS and the main developers have no plans to
add this support:

Thanks for the pointer.

Given the amount of sites using CSS today (it is afterall - older than 10 
years - http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS10/ ) and has a pretty good test suite:

As you can see, I used Links 2.1pre28 on a FreeBSD-6.1-RELEASE.  As I
understood RFC-2616, I'd expect Links to include a \r\n\r\n after the
last header ("Cookie:") in the request:

I use it under X, both in text mode or graphics mode.  I want to use
it in VGA without X, but I get error messages.
