[links] Links and javascript

Hi, all.  I am thinking of posting a bounty on the Ubuntu Bounties
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bounties) for implementing Javascript
inLinks.  I understand that the Links team may not want to include
that code in their distribution.  So, two questions:
1. Yan, Edward and Kali, are you still offering $100? Anyone else? (I am.)
2. What requirements do the Links developers have for incorporating
the resulting chancges into their code?
