[links] Fwd: links-1.00pre20 zlib/ssl detection bug

Dear Developers,

I found a bug in the configure script when detecting the openssl library.
If openssl-dev is installed and zlib-dev is not installed, the configure
script thinks that openssl-dev is missing.
I use OpenSuSE 10.2 Linux on an Intel P4.
I consider this to be a bug.

Congratulations to this great program, however.
