[links] English documentation translation

I just finished translation of the Czech user manual into English. The pictures
are still showing Links set to Czech, but at least the user manual is usable.

I also changed the default location of the manual in the menu and in the
default bookmarks in the Links CVS. So the next version will come out with
this already changed.
