Did you install libstdc++-4.8.1 (section 5.8)? Did you delete prior
gcc-build and gcc-4.8.1 directories before reextracting gcc for each of
GCC-4.8.1 - Pass 1, Libstdc++-4.8.1, GCC-4.8.1 - Pass 2?
