[lfs-support] binutiles make error in section 6.13

Hi
according this hint<http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/hints/downloads/files/small-lfs.txt>,
I set below environmet variables after chrooting and before installing any
packages:

export CFLAGS="-Os -fomit-frame-pointer -march=i686 -pipe" &&
CXXFLAGS=$CFLAGS

export CC="gcc -s"
export LDFLAGS="-s"

I have installed glibc by
adding "--enable-omitfp --disable-nls" as extra configure arguments and any
problem dosn't occurs.

in section 6.13, I add --disable-nls option in configure command.
when I running " make tooldir=/usr" command, below errors occur:
