according this hint<http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/hints/downloads/files/small-lfs.txt>,
I set below environmet variables after chrooting and before installing any

export CFLAGS="-Os -fomit-frame-pointer -march=i686 -pipe" &&

export CC="gcc -s"
export LDFLAGS="-s"

I have installed glibc by
adding "--enable-omitfp --disable-nls" as extra configure arguments and any
problem dosn't occurs.

in section 6.13, I add --disable-nls option in configure command.
when I running " make tooldir=/usr" command, below errors occur:

mv -f .deps/debug.Tpo .deps/debug.Po

> make[1]: *** [all-binutils] Error 2
> make[1]: Leaving directory `/sources/binutils-build'
> make: *** [all] Error 2
> root:/sources/binutils-build#
