[lfs-support] Chapter 5.4 Binutils-2.22 Patch issue

Hello,

Thanks bruce and spiky, it works now. i havent untarred the file and trying
to apply patch..
Now it works..

You are in the wrong directory.  Go back and re-read section 5.3.  Pay
special attention to the sections labelled important.
