[lfs-support] Gmp.h missing from mpfr

I've tried Puppy, Slackware, Ubuntu, and Debian

Slackware is Good - some issues near the end but...

CentOS 6.x for the Win ( FTW ! ) For me anyway.

Slackware in a close Second place as a host system ....

For me anyways :)
