 What problem ?  I assume 'make check' continued after what you have
shown us, and eventually (several hours later) completed the tests ?

 The lines you have pasted are absolutely normal for the gcc-4.3
series.  As to what autogen is, or what that particular check.tpl is
supposed to do, I have no idea :)
