LFS 6.2 CH 6.19 procps won't compile

The problem is that it's trying to link to libncurses.so. To work
around some issues with ldconfig, this is created as a linker script.
The contents should just be

INPUT(-lncursesw)

Make sure you've got all the ncurses libraries worked out before
moving on. If the commands are giving you trouble, stop and ask.
