How do I know if udev create the interface of the Ethernet card?

It's not create.

I boot to lfs and check this:

# grep -H . /sys/class/net/*/address
/sys/class/net/lo/address:00:00:00:00:00:00

What is the problem?

Why It's not create the rest?
