In Chapter 5
I did install Bison as Ken Moffat said.
Bash wouldn't compile if I installed Bison on the host system but did compile
when I installed Bison from /mnt/lfs/sources
Coreutils and diffutils compiled and installed OK.
Seems to be working now.
