  Certainly looks ok to me.

  Perhaps worth running ldd on libintl.so.3.4.3 and libuClibc-0.9.28.so
and perhaps running 'file' on them (if it recognises them as shared 
objects - I don't know whether it does).

  If you have static libraries, perhaps try building a static bash (don't 
overwrite the existing bash) and using that with init=.

  I think init creates it, so yes.
