BUG: Missing group cdrom in /etc/group

the group "cdrom" is missing in /etc/group, but is used in the udev-rules
provided by lfs. This does not harm with a pure lfs or blfs system, but
leads to a non-booting system (udevstart fails) if you extend the system
later on by using openldap with nsswitch, because group cdrom is not
found locally und a ldap-lookup is made, which then times out. This
results in an empty /dev tree.

This takes me days to track down. ;-(

I'm not a subscriber of the list, so feel free to e-mail me.
