could you please help me...

I started to compile LFS 6.1 on my computer with celeron-676MHz 128Mb
with Mandrake 10 installed as a host system.

So, following the book, I compiled binutils and gcc without major problems.

Now, when I try to compile glibc-2.3.4 pass 1 compilation process hangs
with the following output on screen:

mv -f librtld.mkT
make -f -f rtld-Rules
make[2]: Entering directory `/mnt/lfs6/glibc-build/glibc-2.3.4/elf'
make -C ../csu objdir= -f Makefile -f ../elf/rltd-Rules rtld-all
rtld-modules='rtld-check_fds.os rtld-errno.os rtld-divdi3.os'
make[3]: Entering directory `/mnt/lfs6/glibc-build/glibc-2.3.4/csu'

When I press ENTER I get:

sh: line 1: lf-init.oS.dt: command not found

When I press Ctrl-C I get:

make[3]: *** [elf-init.oS.d] Interrupt
make[2]: *** [../csu/rtld-check_fds.os] Interrupt
make[1]: *** [rtld-libc.a] Interrupt
make: *** [elf/subdir_lib] Interrupt

What should be done in this situation?

PS ./configure warned that there is no autoconf and there would be some
