A timid suggestion from a lowly newbie

Thank you for help with my failed first attempt. Now on the second, after
having rebooted the LiveCD, recopied sources, etc. Thank you for the
heads-up about the middle mouse button for pasting. This second try has
been much less stressful because of copy-paste.

Suggestion:
In 5.1, the instructions state: "Only three of the packages need to retain
the source and build directories in order for their contents to be used by
later commands."
Though I feel a bit meek about making suggestions, as a reader, it would
be nice to have a list of the three packages ahead of time that summarizes
the conditions of retention and removal. How about a short summary in 5.1
that states which packages/sections should not be removed and in which
section they will be later removed. For example:

"Only three of the packages need to retain the source and build
directories in order for their contents to be used by later commands. [A
summary of the retention and removal of the source and build directories
for these three packages follows.
[Binutils-2.15.94.0.2.2 - Pass 1] detailed in Section 5.1: the source and
build directories will be removed in Section 5.7, after the linker is
installed and adjusted.
[Tcl-8.4.9] detailed in Section 5.8: the source and build directories will
be removed in Section 5.9, after the installation of Expect.
[Binutils-2.15.94.0.2.2 - Pass 2] detailed in Section 5.12: the source and
build directories will be removed in Section 6.12, after the final linker
is installed and adjusted.
Please note that explicit instructions to remove the source and build
directories will be given in the respective sections. If the instructions
do not explictly order you to retain the sources and build directory,
these directories should be removed.]"
