Running kernel 2.6.10. Host was running on 2.4.21 and I had to compile
the 2.6 to suit the book. I have not done the full "migration" e.g. not
installed module-init-tools, but this hasn't seemed to cause any
problems (nothing important compiled as module AFAIK)
