My tar-1.15.1 from 20050115 are as above, and summarized
30 tests were successful.
7 tests were skipped.


My tar-1.14 from 20041211 summarized:
All 24 tests passed
(7 tests were not run)

It seems to have more tests and a more verbose output.  It doesn't 
appear a problem to me.
