cannot change chroot

the file is exists , "ls -l /home/mylinux/tools/bin/bash", it can exists.
Now I want to rebuild the whole temp system, maybe I missed some package on
it.

I want to ask another question.
Can I make all the package with static link on temp system? like the
following....
"./configure --enable-static-link ...." and "make LDFLAGS="-static" ...."
