LFS 5.1.1 - gcc pass2 - question about applying fixinclude patch

I have a question about applying the fixinclude patch for gcc-3.3.3 on pass 2 
in chapter 5. 
Until now, I exactly followed the contents of the book.
I unpacked the gcc-core, g++ and gcc-testsuite before applying the patch

This is what I see after issuing the command from 

patch -Np1 -i ../gcc-3.3.3-no_fixincludes-1.patch

can't find file to patch at input line 9
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
