Problem mounting Windows. iso-8859-1 not found.

Both cp850 and iso8859-1 are needed: cp850 is needed to write short
filenames to the disk so that scandisk doesn't complain later; iso-8859-1
is che charset to convert Unicode filenames to. It must match the locale.
