Hi Roel,

>Seems like something is wrong with your /tools, does it exist as a
>symlink to your $LFS/tools? And not as a symlink to itself for example?
>And does user lfs have write permissions to /tools?

Thanks for answering my request. Yes the symlink is in place as described.
Also,
the output of the 'ls -al' command, below, shows teh write permissions and
ownership
of $LFS/tools:

lfs at PhaguraHome:~> ls -al $LFS/tools
total 8
drwxr-xr-x 2 lfs root 4096 Mar 7 11:29 .
drwxr-xr-x 8 root root 4096 Mar 7 11:29 ..

I think the problem is due to not finding some directory called 'intl'. This
suggests that it has something to do with 'internationalisation'. I can't be
very
sure about this. Anyway, i am clueless so far how to overcome this problem.

Thanks again & Regards.

RSP
