mounting my SuSE in chroot environment

I have some idea about building lfs system.
It would be very comfortable for me to mount SuSE root to $LFS/static and
/etc/lib to $LFS/etc/lib accordingly.
I know that it works on other systems, but in my SuSE, when I'm trying
execute mounted binaries from chroot environment bash reports no such
I compiled staticly fileutils, and these files are on place, even have
execute bit set.
mount with -o exec is workless too (I know that's default)
Is it some kind of security trick?
