Good.

Ok, somehow, expect got miscompiled. Maybe you compiled it out of sequence
or your $PATH was wrong at the time of compilation or whatever. How ever it
happened, it doesn't matter. What's important is to fix it. I'd also be wary
of your Tcl install as well.

Redo tcl, expect and dejagnu then you should be all set to continue.
