Boot-Time Module Loading (/etc/modules ?)

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is an LFS thing, or a BLFS thing, but:
After my LFS system is installed, I built my capture card kernel module
(saa7134) and want it to load on bootup.
In debian, this meant putting "saa7134" in /etc/modules, and the proper
alias entries in /etc/modules.conf.
How do I do this in LFS? Right now I use an init.d script to modprobe the
module at boot time, but I don't think this is the right way.

Thanks,
