exit out of the chroot command back to your original system.  You will 
have /proc and /dev mounted twice so it shouldn't complain about 
umounting them.  I dont think you can umount the directories /proc and 
/dev of a "running" system, but once you pass control back to your 
original system, they are just another mount point.
