LFS 5.0, Ch. 5: expect patch

Hi,

some time ago I downloaded the full sources tarball.  It seems the
expect patch it contained is bad.  I do not exactly recall the
download location, but it was either by FTP or HTTP for sure.

Anyway, in LFS 5.0, Chapter 5, application of the patch for expect
failed:

So today I again downloaded the patch alone, and with this file patch
succeeded.  The only difference is some leading administrative
information in the file:
