Yes after installing all packages (but the kernel) the "revised chroot" command
is mentioned.  Basically, you are removing the /tools dir from your path and
using your newly created Bash "/bin/bash" instead of the temporary Bash
"/tools/bin/bash".  It is important that you use the new "revised chroot" after
you get to that point in the book.
