GCC Specs

It is refering to the second patch listed on the page: Installing
GCC-3.3.1 - Pass 2.(patch -Np1 -i ../gcc-3.3.1-specs-2.patch)
The Ch6 installation of GCC-3.3.1 has the second patch suppressing the
installation of libiberty
