env, not finding shared libaries- chap 6

Outside chroot, please try to run the following command:

readelf -l /tools/bin/env | grep interpreter

If it doesn't report that it's requesting an interpreter
in /tools/lib - then you screwed up somewhere along the
way - most usually the PATH being set incorrectly.
