This is the chip that drives your IDE. Its called:
# CONFIG_BLK_DEV_SIS5513 is not set
You need to go to the IDE block devices and set this

This is because you have selected SIS in the video section, within
the "character devices". Unselect this stuff, the DRI stuff.
