Bash install missing sh link (LFS 4.0)

I've searched through here and google but I haven't found anyone with a
similar problem. After installing bash the book says it should have
created bash, bugbash and sh (sh being a link to bash). This however did
not happen and sh is missing. Does this make sense? Am I responsible for
creating the link myself?
Similarily, the installation of binutils did not create gasp and bzip2 was
missing a few lib links as well.
