problem to install findutils-4.1 under chroot

Just to clarify: you are inside chroot right now and working in chapter 6 
right?

Does a "/usr/bin/install" file exist? If not, maybe you did not remove the 
findutils-4.1 directory when you finished it in chapter 5? If you kept the 
chapter 5 directory, it has all kinds of settings from your host distribution 
that don't apply to an LFS system. Make sure you start from a freshly 
unpacked findutils-4.1.tar.bz2 file. Let us know.
