Hi,

First, please excuse the bumph at the end of the email,
there is nothing I can do about it.

Base system:	Debian Woody
LSF Build 4.0-rc1

CDROM bought from Linux Emporium (www.linuxemporium.co.uk), as I do
not have a cheap/fast internet connection at home.

Chapter 5.
All goes well except for a glitch with building GCC, which I sorted,
the fixinc patch had a couple of problems (no tabs and one line broken
into 2)

Chapter 6.
All OK, until build of glibc. This was getting pretty late last night,
and I have to be up early for work, so I left it. I did however email
the problem here for further research.

I have searched the archived from October 2002, without joy. It may be
in there somewhere, but I am defeated by inaccurate/non specific subject
lines.

No compiler flags set. Here is the tail end.

Anyone seen this before? Any clues? No big problem, as I want to
restart Chapter 6 anyway, I was tired, and may have left out
something.
