Hello,

I have reached the part where I have to chroot (using ver.4 og the book), but
when executing the command:

/usr/sbin/chroot $LFS /static/bin/env -i \
    HOME=/root TERM=$TERM PS1='\u:\w\$ ' \
    PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/static/bin \
    /static/bin/bash --login

I get this error:

/usr/sbin/chroot: cannot execute /static/bin/env: No such file or directory

I checked my LFS system and it doesn't contain the 'env' command, but found
the it in /usr/bin (on my native system) and executet:

/usr/sbin/chroot $LFS /usr/bin/env -i \
    HOME=/root TERM=$TERM PS1='\u:\w\$ ' \
    PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/static/bin \
    /static/bin/bash --login

But it gave me the same error:

/usr/sbin/chroot: cannot execute /usr/bin/env: No such file or directory

So I copied 'env' to $LFS/static/bin and issued the command, but got the same
error.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks
MOT
