You have 2 options.
1) If you wish to use "Preliminary USB device filesystem"
	Reconfigure your kernel to include support for this. The option
is under USB Support in menuconfig, or CONFIG_USB_DEVICEFS=yes in
.config

2) If you don't wish to use it
      Remove the line which refers to /proc/bus/usb in fstab
usbdevfs 	/proc/bus/usb 	usbdevfs 	defaults 	0 0
