There was a day when the times were going to be given in "ed"s. That
is, ed would take one "ed" to compile, other packages would take a
multiple of that time to compile. glibc would take like 100 "ed"s.

#include <misty eyed comment about the old days when things this cute
	were acutally talked about :>
