Build Times

The build times are an average of build times from:
	Celeron 533, 320 MB RAM
	PIII-750, 512 MB RAM
	Tbird 1.something Ghz, 512(?) MB RAM
	AMD 750 300+ MB RAM

I'm starting to forget what the exact specs were (except the first one,
that's my own computer and the second is the LFS server). They are going to
be redone. They are based on older software (older glibc and kernel most
notable) and aren't too accurate anymore. For the next round of builds
times and sizes I'll accept more input from the lfs-dev list from all kind
of machines.

A full list of used machines will go in the book when a new list is
