Removing Static Libraries

Extend this: you also won't be able to finish chapter 6 if you remove them
too soon. There are some packages like e2fsprogs that will link some
programs statically, such as e2fsck. If e2fsck is dynamically linked, it's
range of usability is cut down severly (what if the /lib directory is
damaged, you can't use e2fsck to fix it, since it won't start).
