/usr/bin/env

I am receiving the message "chroot: cannot execute/usr/bin/env: no such file 
or directory"  The binary file does exist in /usr/bin.  I was able to chroot 
yesterday.  I can't think of anything that I would have done to cause this 
error.  Any ideas?
